Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using OptlyOuts, a product of Awakyn Labs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

OptlyOuts helps you identify publicly available personal information associated with your name on certain data-broker and people-search websites, and assists with opt-out or removal requests where available. Scan results may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that all listings will be found or that any particular removal will succeed.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18. You are responsible for activity under your account and for providing accurate information. Do not scan or request removal of information about another person without proper authority.

4. Paid plans

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at purchase. Monthly and yearly plans renew until canceled. Lifetime is a one-time payment for ongoing access to then-current features in that plan. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to scan or remove information about another person without proper authority; abuse or interfere with the Service; or reverse engineer or scrape the Service in an unauthorized manner.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law
